At AnimeXtreme, we want you to love your gear as much as your favorite series, so we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AnimeXtreme account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print the Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the product is free of hair, scents, or signs of wear.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while our team processes your refund or replacement.
